Friday April 14

3:00pm Dumbarton Oaks
Private Tour Pre-Columbian textiles in the gallery with Precolumbian Curator and Chief Curator, Juan Antonio Murro, then a viewing of Byzantine textiles in the storage area.
Approx. 1.5 hours
After the tour we are free to visit the rest of the museum and the garden (extra charge for garden) independently.
They close at 5:30.

6:00pm Group Dinner

Please note that alcoholic beverages will be at each member’s expense at Café Divan.

Saturday April 15

10:30am Textile Museum
Private tour of Prayer and Transcendence with Senior Curator, Sumru Belger Krody.
Visit to Cotsen Center. – About 2 hours
Lunch/midday free
4:00pm View the private collections of Bruce Baganz and Roger Pratt.
Including a reception.
7:00pm Group Dinner
Lebanese Taverna, 2641 Connecticut Ave, NW
It is possible that some alcoholic beverages will be at each member’s expense if we surpass the minimum.

Sunday April 16

10:30am Hillwood Estate
Private tour of the mansion with a curator who will give us more detail about the tapestries.
1 hour tour.
Visit the gardens on your own: Adults: $18, Seniors: $15
